Does this EA works for MT5 ?
This current version is created for MT4 only. It will be compatible with MT5 in the upcomming days /months.
Does this EA trade under all market phases ?
The short answer is yes, it does and does it very sharply. In fact ECLPro EA was created with this objective in mind.
Does this EA trade news ?
ECLPro EA pauses during news events by default UseNewsPause = true (which is the recommended setting), however you have the option to trade news by changing this parameter to UseNewsPause = false (changing UseNewsPause to false might directly affect trading results, hence change it at your own risk).
Keep in mind that no matter the case you need to upload the news.csv file into the MT4 data folder File > Open Data Folder > MQL4 > Files in the following format: YYYY.MM.DD HH:MM as shown below, when done click on the chart and press n or N to reload news events accordingly.

What is the recommended spread limit ?
ECLPro EA use MaxSpreadPips = 15 which is an acceptable number to trade under normal market conditions, however you could set this parameter higher if you want (changing MaxSpreadPips to be higher than 15 might directly affect trading results, hence change it at your own risk).
Kindly note that raw spreads accounts are recommend for the bot to outperform (icmarkets or vantage raw spread ecn accounts are recommended).
Does ECLPro EA has any shortcuts ?
Yes, just click on the chart and type:
Press n or N to Reload News.
Press p or P to Pause Manually.
Press s or S to Resume from Pauses.
Press e or E to Reset Account's Persistent Statistics Data.

I have made my purchase, what is next ?
Kindly note that to expedite the process of generating your license it is required from you to send us an email to the Support Team at support@eclproea.com detailling the following:
- The MT4 trading account number to be used.
- A capture of the successful payment transaction or TxID.
- Order number.
- Referal code (Optional).
Please note, that your trading account number is needed to generate your license key since licenses are limited to 1 trading account only. Also, keep in mind that along with your trading account it is requiered to attach the payment transaction's capture or TxID as your payment confirmation (it is required for us to validate your payment accordingly).
As soon as we receive your email and confirm everything is correct we will generate your license key and send you an email within the next bussiness hours with the .ex4 MT4 file containing ECLPro EA and Licensing.
Important:
Plans restrictions applied per trading account number - you can only upgrade plans (buying the same plan is not allowed, hence your license key could not be generated).
I have received ECLPro EA's .ex4 file, where should I place it ?
If you are new to MetraTrader you need to download MT4 directly from your broker's website. Do the following when done:
1. Install MT4 on your PC.
2. Open MT4 and go to File > Open Data Folder > MQL4 > Experts.
3. Paste the .ex4 file into the Expert folder (Refer to the example, we have created a new folder named ECLPro EA into the Expert folder and we have pleased the ECLPro EA .ex4 file there).
How do I innitialice ECLPro EA for the first time ?
1. Open MT4.
2. Add XAUUSD symbol to your chart and select the 1 min timeframe.
3. Go to the Navigator's section.
4. Look for Expert's section and right click then click Refresh.
5. Double click on the listed ECLPro EA.
6. Go to the Common's tab and check Allow live trading.

7. Go to the Input's tab and then click OK.
How to see ECLPro EA live logs ?
To see the ECLPro EA live logs click the Experts tab located below the chart (futher related information such as License Expiration dates and EA status are shown there).
Why is my Account's Statistical Data not showing properly and how to resolve it ?
One of the main causes for this to happen is that you are changing between your accounts. The issue comes when you have more than one accounts running the same ECLPro EA in the same instance.
Our recommendation is to run ECLPro EA as a separated instance, meaning a single MT4 per account. Unless you have ECLPro EA 15 Days Trial and ECLPro EA full version running on the same MT4 (if that is the case you should not have any issue then).
To resolve it, just follow the steps below:
1. Open MT4 and double click your trading account.
2. Once you are logged in, Go to Files > Open Data Folder > MQL4 > Files once there and only then you can close MT4.
3. Once MT4 is closed, delete the Account's persistent statistical data .dat file. Please note, that If you are presenting issues with the persistent data from your demo account data on the ECLPro EA 15 Days Trial just delete ECLProEA_15DaysTrial_XXXXXXX.dat, if the issue is realted to your live trading account data on the ECLPro EA full version delete ECLProEA_XXXXXXX.dat file, as shown below. 
4. Once .dat file has been deleted, you can go ahead and open MT4 again. A new .dat file will be generated for your account. Now just let ECLPro EA run and every time a trade is open or you close MT4 your statistical data will be saved.
